My name is Jannes Kieck-Ahrens. I’m 16 years old. I was born on August 28^th, 1984 in Hamburg. I have two younger brothers (Jonte 8 years old and Malte 6 years old).

I live in Hamburg. Hamburg is a very interesting place. If you are looking for fun it’s always around. As the second biggest city in Germany Hamburg offers a lot of sights, like the harbour. There are a lot of discos (Dock’s).

I'm very interested in soccer and music.

I play in a soccer club (Nettelnburg-Allermöhe). My opinion of professional soccer-clubs in general is that they have too much money. For example, an Italian club is planning to buy a player for 120 million DM. Isn’t that crazy? If you ask me, the payments for and income of soccer-players are too high. What do you think about it ? I’m not a fan of the HSV (HSV = Hamburger Sport Verein), but my favourite soccer club is Bayern München.

I’m also very much interested in music. I like Rap and Hip-hop music. My favourite singers are Puff Daddy, Snoop Doggy Dog, 2Pac, TQ, and Carlos Santana.

At the weekends I like going to discos and parties together with my friends. We also like to watch films in the Cinemax (which is a very large cinema) or we attend soccer-matches in the HSV stadium.

I attend class 10e at GSB (Gesamtschule Bergedorf which is a comprehensive school). My favourite subjects are sport and maths.
Our class is looking for contacts and partnerships with other schools all over the world.
